The WeHelpHospitality team has extensive experience in hospitality management and business ownership. Commencing with management of food and beverage operations at a major airport, managing exclusive dining at a members' club, and managing several hotel pubs. Their expertise further extends to Operations Management roles, where they implemented standardized processes across multiple hotel pub locations, ensuring quality and consistency.
Their roles included opening and managing the South East Asia Mobil-Exxon service station and training complex, establishing a number of successful CBD-based food and beverage operations, and owning a regional Hotel and Guesthouse for 12 years. They also co-owned a wholesale and retail food business, emphasizing quality service and strong supplier relationships.
In education, the team has developed industry training programs for high-profile clients, collaborated with national TAFEs, and owned a registered training organization for 10 years. They co-founded i-Learn Australia, which created mobile learning solutions. Their strategic efforts were crucial in the pre-opening of WESTWATERS HOTEL, leading to the creation of WeHelpHospitality, a SaaS solution for enhancing hospitality operations year-round.
